Interior painting: This includes walls, trim, ceilings as well as sanding, caulking and preping for a clean work serface and to prepair for the new paint. we will do any one or all of these services.
Exterior Painting: This includes prepping the surface, by caulking, sanding and scraping all loose paint and feathering in abrupt paint edges. Step 2 is priming all the bare wood with an oil primer. 3rd will be covering all windows, sidewalks, plants, decks as well as anything else that would need protecting. The next step will be spraying on two coats with back rolling; this will push the paint under all edges and lips as well as move it around for better adhesion. With the siding done the 5th step is to concentrate on the trim, rolling and brushing two coats on all of the trim as discussed with owner. At the end it is touch up time for all areas around the house. Now the house is ready to be walked with the owner to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Pressure Washing: This is done before any house paint project and is included in cost. We also will do decks, sidewalks, patios, driveways and entire homes. We have a lot of pressure washing projects that do not include any painting, so give us a call and we can get you an estimate on your pressure washing needs. There is no size limit on pressure washing projects. All the pressure washing projects are done with a mold & mildew treatment called Jomax, this helps keep mold and mildew away and really get the home or driveways clean.
Drywall Repair: Our drywall repairing is absolutely top notch. If you have any hole in your drywall that needs repairing we can do it, up to 4feet X 4feet. We do not do whole rooms but what we do is really the best. We will cut the hole so it is even on all sides and replace with new drywall. Then it will be patched and taped. when the patching has dried, it will be sanded and patched again a little wider this time as to feather it in to the existing wall when it dries we with patch and sand a third time. Now the patch should be smooth and flat and is ready for texture. We will texture to match the existing texture then prime and paint.
Staining: This is when we take wood and put a solid (opaque), semi-transparent or transparent stain on it. We offer interior and exterior staining or re-staining. On the exterior we do all types of siding as well as doors, garage doors, decks, patios, etc. for the interior we do all mill packs (baseboard, wainscot, windows, doors and door casings) as well as cabinets in many different styles. We will do any size project big or small.
Clear Coat Finishes: This is done on Interior and Exterior. Exterior we do concrete sealers.Interior we do clear coats on cabinets and mill packs (baseboards, wainscot, windows, doors and door casings as well as crown molding).
Texturing: This refers to the applying of a uniform design to your walls after the taping and mudding but before the paint. We do knockdown texturing and orange peel, in many different sizes. We do whole rooms or we can match existing walls.
Wallpaper Removal: this is removing of single or mult-level wallpaper. All size projects
