Interior Painting Thorough protection of floors and furnishings. Sanding to help smooth surfaces and create adhesion for new coatings. Priming bare wood / drywall and patched areas. Caulking to fill cracks and nail holes as instructed in scope of work. Application of two coats of premium paint. Cleanup and disposal of trash. Inspection of job by home owner. Exterior Painting Pressure washing and cleaning to remove dirt and oils before painting. Lay down dropcloths to catch paint chips, and protect plants. Scrape to remove loose and peeling paint. Sand bare wood to provide sound substrate for priming. Caulking to fill nail holes, cracks and missing window glazing. Apply two coats premium paint. Cleanup and disposal of trash.
